How intelligent automation will change the way we work

There will be far fewer task workers who use enterprise applications on a constant basis; task work will increasingly be handed over to workers through automation. Workers will spend more time digitally empowering themselves, learning to develop using low-code tools. And workers will spend more time proactively planning, identifying and solving problems, making decisions, creating, etc. – in other words, doing knowledge work and/or creative work.
